I've been a Yoga Room student since fall 2010. My experience: excellent!! Great blend of classes. Inspiring teaching. Compassionate, knowledgable, serious teachers whose goal is to see their students get healtheir AND happier. Tammy Brahan and Nadine Lippa brought me from "zero" to mastery of poses that have IMPROVED MY LIFE: my insomnia is gone; my lower back and knee pain no longer interfere with my life; I have become incredibly strong flexible (at 47 years old!); and I cope better with stressful situations.
