Customer Service can be considered an oxymoron in most businesses. Not here. Charlie and his team went above and beyond in accommodating my last minute request and in communicating. I originally called (a few weeks ago) wanting to rent something with a manual transmission. Charlie explained they could not help. He did refer me to someone else. That did not work out and I was resigned to drive my own vehicle for a solo trip to MI. At last minute, my vehicle was unavailable leaving me with no way to go. I called Charlie at 3pm on Friday, with a need for a car early next morning. He and his crew delivered a 911 Cabriolet to my house by 10:15p the same evening.
I will rent again and would highly recommend them to friends and clients.

Excellent top notch service. I booked a car with them same-day back on January 20th during the end of the holiday rush. These guys were more than accommodating to my hectic schedule. Whatever problems they've had with customer service in the past have now been solved indefinitely. I would recommend them to anyone at any time. Thanks again guys. I hope to rent from you again in the near future.

Do not rent from here. The rates were SO overpriced. I spent $2,000 on a Lamborghini. While it was fun it was a stupid decision and I have rented much cheaper elsewhere.

Rented the Corvette c7 Stingray z51 from Global Exotic last weekend. The entire rental was a really fantastic experience. Charlie walked me through to make sure that I knew all of the car's features, and he even took it through the car wash and filled it with gas himself before handing me the keys. He was very flexible about picking the car up and dropping it off, and was very easy to reach by phone whenever I had questions during the rental process. The car was well maintained, ran well, and best of all looked stunning going up Lake Shore Drive.

Pretty terrible service. I told them that I needed the car to be delivered by a certain time. About 30 min after the agreed upon time, there still was no car. I tried calling and emailing, but got no response. They finally showed up about 90 min late. The tank was less than half full, but I needed to get on the road because I was already late, so I hit the road. When they came to pick up the car, the tank was completely full, but I didn't get any type of refund and even had to pay an additional fee for extra miles. It was an insignificant amount, but if you pay thousands of dollars for a rental car, you should get better service.

Since I originally posted this, Global Exotic Car Rentals has called me to confirm that this review was correct. The rental was a few years ago, so maybe their service has improved. While I appreciated getting that call, I will not do business with them again and will not recommend them to anyone I know.
