Basement Complex

After reading the reviews I was put off by visiting here at first but plucked up the courage and gave it a shot on a wet Wednesday afternoon visiting Leeds. Was rather impressed with this complex variety of clientele place was clean and tidy and staff member seemed nice enough. It is in an old railway arch so is rather small inside but has all the amenities you would expect a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. It's worth a shot if in Leeds and want to kill a few hours

I went and the showers were chronic , they drizzled not showered now bare in mind the activity that is the crowd pleaser , well then you’ll understand showering before and after is crucial . Wouldn’t go again. Simply because of shower situation #beclean or go home

Ideally located in central Leeds not far from the shops and pubs. I have visited many saunas in the UK and this one is nice and modern rather on the small side but modern and tidy nonetheless. Would visit again when in the area.

Place was untidy and never saw any cleaning being attempted by staff. Visited here a few times when in the area and really is luck of the draw on the customer service you receive some staff seem to be welcoming and polite and some are just down right rude and make it look like you are inconveniencing them by being there! Would not recommend this place at all save your money guys
