Really bad. My worst experience ever. They refused to give me the car that I have already paid because my driving license wasn't the British one, it was an European driving license and it's absolutely valid in the UK.

European people, aware of that company. I have rent a car last month with a different company without any issue. Today The Leeds brand let us know that as we are European leaving in UK so we will need to have a UK license. We have been driving all that time with our license without any issue. As per the customer service lady the law has change...but apparently only for Hertz as we rent a month ago with the same details.

Not the best experience ever had, we arrived 10 minutes early to collect the car but it wasn't ready, we had to wait 30 minutes for them before we could take the car. However when we dropped the car off the team were much better.
