Managed to get a physio appointment for the weekend of the same week and they offered me excellent advice plus some pain relief outside the remit of sports massage. I've just managed to book myself a sports massage appointment for *tomorrow*, after work.

Their opening hours are incredible and the staff are lovely and competent. I've no idea how they're not booked solid for months to come.
