They make pre-authorization of your money which whole amount of payment is blocked in your card. And when I arrived, I paid the amount and still they didnt unblock my money in my card. They said that "write us about this issue", I wrote 3 emails and still no answer. It is almost one month that I dont have an access to my money. So, think twice before choosing this hotel.

Nice hotel, cheap, WiFi works fine, close to the shopping centre, own bathroom which is clean.

Walls are thin like paper, it is a dormitory. Good luck sleeping with loud drunk Germans and Poles!

Good for the price. Cheap and good enough to rest before all day of travel or sightseeing. Clean place but restaurant staff could have better attitude.

I liked the way receptionist explained what to do in Warsaw. As I was new in Warsaw the introduction was very useful. You can ask for a map of Warsaw at the reception and that will surely help to explore the place. The flip side is the hotel isn't very clean and no drinking water available. You have to buy water from grocery store which is 10 min walk from the hotel. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors when they are in loo 😶😐.
