Exciting and humbling experience of visiting the actual building of Oskar Schindler's famous factory. The interactive museum was really amusing with so many things to see and to do. I only wished I could see the real environment of the factory which was not preserved as it was since it is turned to the museum. Still very interesting, informative, and unforgettable.

I was excited to visit this museum while in Krakow, I do recommend it for people visiting Krakow or for people who have an interest in world war 2 history.

However its not as interactive as people make out on the google reviews. most of the installations and images are accompanied by writing, witch at first was fine but after 2 hours i just couldn't be bothered to read anymore. (this would be fine if you enjoy a good read) if not i recommend a guided tour witch i regret not getting in this instance.

It is very busy, and cramped in the building and recommend booking your tickets in advance as customer service is lacking. (1 ticket attended per 5000+ visiters a day. Book early or online to skip the crazy que times.

A fascinating story of a man who did what he could to save as many as he could with genuine need for their working hands put to use in his factory. The is a lot of memorabilia on display. Many photos. A lot of written descriptions and accounts. Video interviews and film of the time. A complete and thorough examination of what went on. Very well done and worth the visit. Wish we had more time. The queue was pretty bad though with 1 single ticket desk at entry. Time to expand the operation a little.

Well worth the two hours I spent there. Long queue for the tickets, so go early (before 11am) or buy them online.

BEWARE of the taxis outside when you exit. They will try to rip you off if you want to use them, like most taxis in Krakow. Ruthless!

Fantastic museum. Probably one of the best ones I have ever been to. Its much larger than I thought and well worth the visit. Tip: free on Mondays but they close at 2pm. GO EARLY. I got there around 11:30, entered at around 1pm and only had about an hour to explore the museum. When I exited, there was a huge line of people who weren't able to enter. Don't let that be you
