Rooms were small but comfortable. Spa area was amazing. Room/cleaning service was 1 star, often takes all morning until late afternoon for them to finish the floor and even when things were cleaned or changed it wasn't done well.

Decent mid-quility hotel with wifi, nice breakfast, tv set with hdmi-port, bathtub, waterboiler and all the basic things you need during a hotel stay. Very nice!

First I sent an email about early check-in and they said I could. Then I arrive at the hotel then they said I have to check in at 3 and "I'm like why?" I have an email saying I can check in early. The staff was a bit rude acting like they don't understand simple English words. Felt really crazy. Also they never let told me anything about my room being ready or anything to help out. I'm the customer please inform them c'mon mane. So, it's 1230pm and wondering what's going on so I go up to the front and see if it's available and I said " is the room available?" Then the staff acting deaf as like I didn't say anything. I still get charged 3,000 yen for early check-in but it's 1230 why I get charged for that? Should be 2,000 Because I had to find out myself. I stayed at plenty of APA hotels before, but this one is by far the worst one.
