Very beautiful hotel with many facilities.
Very clean, good service, fast wifi and comfortable.
Many food choices and comfortable dining room.
The room is completely sound proof.
Wall to wall carpet.
Large swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) and waddling pools.
Very near to the sea.
There is a shopping complex nearby.

Hotel is a 4 star not a 5 star in my opinion. Very nice hotel overall, good food but not excellent. Most staff are very friendly, but not all. Recommended hotel in a excellent location!

Really great hotel in an amazing city made famous by the TV show, Game of Thrones. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. And the staff were top notch.

Amazing use of space, great layout, amazingly clean, friendly staff, great library from which to borrow. The only negative was that the concierge was a bit hit or miss - that is they weren't always around and the backup people weren't great. When they were there, their suggestions were good.

Rooms excellent with lots of space and very high standard of cleaning. Balcony is spacious. Hotel and grounds also very well looked after. Overall design is a bit corporate but it is well designed with lots of modern features. Pool area has plenty of comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas and is cleaned daily. Breakfast quite good but have had better. Evening meal pretty poor with cold or lukewarm dishes and overcooked meat - had much better in 3 star hotels in Spain. Several decent bars and restaurants in the area. Two are run by the hotel and they give a discount for hotel guests. Parking is free. Staff speak a very high standard of English. Some dining area staff could probably use some additional training but are always polite. Boats run from the nearby harbour to local destinations and are efficient. No entertainment at hotel or locally other than piano bar in hotel some nights. Overall this is a good hotel but if I came again I wouldn't go half board, just breakfast. It has a little way to go to be genuinely 5 star.
